1. はじめに

チビ猫数独（以下「本アプリ」）は、SoftMotion Studio（個人事業主：狩野博子、大阪府守口市）が提供する数独（ナンプレ）ゲームアプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いを説明します。

2. 当社が収集する情報

当社は、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を、本アプリの機能として収集しません。

ゲームの進行状況（難易度・盤面・タイマー・ミス回数など）は、お客様の端末内（UserDefaults）にのみ保存されます。

3. 第三者のサービス（広告）

本アプリは、画面下部にバナー広告を表示するため、Google の AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK） を利用しています。広告の配信にあたり、Google およびそのパートナーが、お客様の端末の広告識別子（IDFA 等）、IP アドレス、デバイス情報、広告の表示・クリックに関する情報等を収集・利用する場合があります。

4. その他のデータ

  • アカウント登録・ログイン機能はありません
  • 当社が運営するゲーム進行用のサーバーへ盤面データを送信する機能はありません
  • 本アプリ内の BGM・効果音は端末内のファイルを再生するのみです
  • インターネット通信は、主に広告の取得および本ポリシー等の Web ページ表示のために行われます

5. 第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、当社がお客様の個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。広告配信に関するデータの取り扱いは、上記 AdMob（Google）のポリシーに従います。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13 歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページでお知らせします。

8. お問い合わせ

App Store の「App Store Connect でのプライバシー」申告では、広告データ（識別子・使用状況データ等）について Google（AdMob）の収集に応じた項目を選択してください。

1. Introduction

Chibi Neko Sudoku (the "App") is a Sudoku game by SoftMotion Studio (sole proprietor: Hiroko Kano, Moriguchi City, Osaka, Japan). This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in the App.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information such as your name or email through the App's core features.

Game progress (difficulty, board state, timer, mistakes, etc.) is stored only on your device (UserDefaults).

3. Third-Party Services (Advertising)

The App displays banner ads using Google's AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Google and its partners may collect and use data such as advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA), IP address, device information, and ad interaction data. See Google's privacy policy and partner sites policy for details.

4. Other Data

  • No account registration or login
  • We do not operate a server that receives your puzzle progress
  • BGM and sound effects are played from files bundled in the App
  • Network access is used mainly for ads and viewing legal pages

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Ad-related data is handled under Google's policies.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13.
