利用規約
1. はじめに
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、SoftMotion Studio（以下「当社」）が提供するチビ猫ソートパズル（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 本アプリの概要
本アプリは、同種類の猫を箱に並べ替えるソートパズルの無料ゲームアプリです。ステージ選択、日替わりチャレンジ、アンドゥ、ヒント、シャッフル等を提供します。画面にバナー広告が表示されます。
3. 利用資格
- 13 歳以上の方
- 本規約に同意いただける方
4. 禁止事項
- 本アプリの不正利用、リバースエンジニアリング、改変、再配布（法令で認められる場合を除く）
- 当社または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
5. 免責事項
- 本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます
- 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当社は法令で認められる範囲を超えて責任を負いません
- 本アプリの内容・機能は予告なく変更・終了することがあります
- 端末の故障、データ消失、広告の表示内容について当社は責任を負いません
6. 知的財産権
本アプリのプログラム、デザイン、音源、画像等の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
7. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争については、大阪地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
8. 規約の変更
当社は本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページへの掲載時点から効力を生じます。

2. About the App
The App is a free cat-sort puzzle game with stages, daily challenge, undo, hints, and shuffle. Banner advertisements are displayed.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not misuse, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law, or infringe others' rights.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." We are not liable beyond what applicable law allows. We may change or discontinue the App without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App belong to us or our licensors.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Osaka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
8. Changes to Terms
We may change these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
